Event Cancellation Policy

Events require a 25% deposit of the quoted amount no less than 90 days before the event date. If the booking is made within 90 days of the event, the deposit must be paid no later than 5 business days after accepting the quote.

The remainder of the invoice total is due within 5 business days of the end of the event. West Traffic Pty. Ltd. will update the invoice the first business day after the event, incase any adjustments are required (up or down).

Event Cancellation is required in writing no later than 21 days prior to the first day of the event. Events cancelled with less than 21 days written notice may not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
